The property also hosts a chapel, gatehouse, underground garage and a lakeside pavillion with pool and tennis courts. Â Hugo Power, former president of Labatt Brewing Co. Ltd. and the owner, was inspired by Bickling Hall in Norfolk, and wanted to create a timeless home that will stand for centuries.
Christopher Invidiata, the agent for the sale, believes Summer is the best time to sell as many high-end buyers often have more time to explore properties during these months. As for who the end-buyer will be, the current owner see’s it span anywhere from another family, to even a private school or corporate retreat.
